The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Lauch Apartments for the remainder of my years in West Lafayette,IN , and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming graduate students looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Lauch Apartments , it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier
|Recommended: YesGreat apartment bookkeeping needs help — I really have enjoyed the apartment and all the amenities so far. The only problem I have is that because the accountant has not been able to fix my account after living here a month I am getting eviction notices for the balance on my account that is not suppose to be there. I have called and spoke to the property staff several times and been assured that this would be taken care of but as of yesterday I am still getting the eviction notices. I hope this is not being reported to a credit bureau.
